Although I do enjoy all aspects of blogging, I've cut back considerably. Other events (family especially) take priority, although I still make photos almost every day. I'm putting together more photo books and calendars for family and myself and usually limit blogging to once/week (or less, depending on time). Our very poor internet connection also made visiting other blogs a painful (and @#^%$ frustrating) experience. With our new internet provider it's become a little less tedious.

Here's to happy blogging.Rickhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07483295526635664974noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4038620728227845830.post-46094758546370083682013-07-01T12:29:54.755-07:002013-07-01T12:29:54.755-07:00I'm glad that you're back, have missed you...I'm glad that you're back, have missed your posts a lot. But I recognize your feelings about the blog life. Sometimes there's just too much going on but as long as there are things we want to do we should be happy. Hope your having a wonderful summer!Ellahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10845007221691253753noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4038620728227845830.post-23466607687184895512013-07-01T08:49:33.682-07:002013-07-01T08:49:33.682-07:00It is your blog and your life and you do it your w...It is your blog and your life and you do it your way. There's so much else that requires we play by the rules and do what we are directed. Let it be as you will and feel the power of doing it just for you. And, that's the only reason to blog. That, and I have to say, some of the most wonderful and creative minds I've been honored to read in blog land. It's worth that in spades. Sometimes I think my posts are too long – then I think “if no one read it, so be it.” I write my recollections so that my grand children will be able to read about my past in France and I write the posts on my trips with many photos because my husband has onset Alzheimer and can’t remember them but if he sees the pictures, he remembers. If other bloggers read my posts, it makes me happy and I enjoy reading their comments, but I don’t write my posts as if they were magazine articles. So I think you are absolutely right – write for yourself and your pleasure – it is your blog.Vagabondehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10774109692564954568noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4038620728227845830.post-39337856885045764712013-06-30T16:01:20.058-07:002013-06-30T16:01:20.058-07:00Trusting you will enjoy your time however it is sp...Trusting you will enjoy your time however it is spent.
