Feeling uninspired,
The great photo spread in my mind didn't work out
The great verse in my thoughts disappeared into the hazy breeze
The photos just don't do justice to the brilliance of the vivid yellowness I see,
The close-up is borrowed as mine was just a blur.
Things don't always work out as we plan
Must be a lesson in that
Which is no comfort at the moment.
somehow I certainly can relate to this!
ReplyDeleteIt is no comfort is it? well I am sure there will be a time that we see the lesson...but some days it just doesn't happen;-)
Have a happy day!
with your macro problems...what camera are you using ?
ReplyDeleteI love love love my macro so I'd love to help you...
and unless you want to get into photo editing and processing, there's not an easy or quick thing to alter your photos...sorry :(
I understand completely...
ReplyDeleteJoyce, thank you for your comment and I'm so sorry that all your sunshine is on the outside today, I know that feeling too. I hope tomorrow is an sunny-inside day for you!
ReplyDeleteHi Sister. As you are to me.
ReplyDeleteAlways.
Love your warm words.
Yes as brothers they are.
Why can't they be.
Would be so good for them.
Loved your lines.
Made me cry again.
And again.
Miss you more than I can say.
Longing for that coffee.
And to learn you more.
About macro lenses and
Taking pictures.
But for sure you do a hell of a great job.
Lots of love back. Me.
Your yellow weed is beautiful. And maybe this directly addresses your dilemma: What's the difference between a weed and a flower—nothing but mankind's "label." Smiles to you.
ReplyDeletegorgeous yellowness!
ReplyDeleteI totally relate to this. I have very happy, creative phases, and then those lulls where nothing inspires and nothing looks quite right...but the main thing is it always comes back.
ReplyDeleteI like this weed :)
Is that yellow weed a dandelion? I grow them by the yardful! Lovely poem!
